This was a very interesting beach read. It did tend to repeat itself quite alot but then this was fair enough since the concepts are not that straight forward to the layman. I am not an economist but found it reasonably easy to follow. The fact that traditional economic theory seems to rely on a rather unlikely sterile world merely confirmed why economic forecasts are usually so poor. I think a bit more emphasis on the banks role in the recent financial crisis could have been given and how the government deciding economic policy using dogma rather than any sound thinking about the effects of their tinkering is pretty depressing. Also the futility of complex tax laws should also have been plugged further.
