I have followed many diets and healthy eating plans over the years but have never really researched anything first. I heard about this book, read the reviews on the internet and ordered it.
It is so easy to read and understand, and clearly explains the science behind the diet. This book includes the research behind the fasting diet too, so you know it isn't just a fad or a phase, it includes actual results from others who have followed it.
I don't think anyone who buys the book and reads it then follows the diet can possibly fail to lose weight, improve their health and fitness and begin to feel the benefits for themselves.
an excellent read and great value for money as the book and the diet really do equate to a life changing experience and way of eating.
