I was quite shocked that the bass adjustment wheel fell off within minutes of me getting the headphones, leaving a small hole in one earphones, yes - these are extremely shoddy phones!
Others seem to have experienced great sound from these, I felt compelled to add that this is not my experience. I can certainly hear a good range of sound but all of it is muddy and distorts at even moderate levels, (with 320kbs mp3's) there is no clarity to the treble at all.
I've never had this distortion problem with any headphones before. I've had Creative Aurvana's, Shure Se310's, Senn HD201's. Also the cable is really short and feels very flimsy. To be fair the accessories are good for the price but I found the far cheaper HD201 can's to be much better in terms of sound quality and if you want some decent IEM phones I would go with the Shure SE series - especially now they have got a detachable cable and so are more durable.
For a while I tried to persuade myself that these were okay and I hadn't wasted my money, but I cannot fight the conclusion anymore these are really poor. Buyer beware!
