Recorded between September 2006 and May 2007 but has not been heard by me until just recently. The first thing I notice about this brilliant piece of music is the quality of the production by Tim Green, who also plays guitars, piano and synthesizer on the album. Everything sounds crisp and clear and the instrumental separation is a delight. The whole album has a San Fransisco early 1970s feel to it throughout. A Sunday afternoon sunny day feel good listen. The album is, in the main, acoustic laden. Giving it a flavor of folk. There is some wonderful electric guitar, lovely tone but never overstated. There are moments that remind me of Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells and 'Obscured By Clouds/ Meddle' era Pink Floyd. Much of the synthesizer work reminds me of Gong's 'You'. The CD booklet is a 2 page flimsy affair but gives you all the information you need apart from the lyrics. The whole album weighs in at 45 minutes.
