An inspiring and Beautifully Presented Book,

I can highly recommend this book. I have been following the 5:2 intermittant fasting way of eating since last September and since then have evolved my thoughts and ways of eating. Belinda's book has been thoughtfully created with a plethora of recipes that suit both fasting and non fasting days. it's also a great all round book for anyone that wishes to eat thoughtfully. I have a bookcase and kindle full of cookery books and this one delivers, not only is it laid out so you can easily find the recipes, it has lovely pictures. An essential element of any cookery book for me. So far I have made the Carrot and Leek Crunchy Gratin, Chicken with Chorizo And Butter Beans, Oaty Chick pea. crumble and Salmon Stuffed with Herbs and pine nuts. All recipes are very simple to cook, and very very tasty. I refer to Belinda's book for inspiration, particularly when planning my fast days or wanting something healthy but satisfying.
