so bad not even a mint october file performance can lift it from the bin!,
This review is from: Feature Film -Zombie Driftwood [DVD] [NTSC] (DVD)
am afraid i found this film too daft to laugh at as not only was the cast was so wooden but the zombies looked less than creepy to be seen as somthing that was feared in the george a romero point of view.
for the actor who played the october file t-shirt wearing metal head looked as if he came from the set of a new jersey tv show whilst his co horts barely had enough character to make me want them to survive to the end.
also the heavy metal sexual dance ritual in the kitchen how dumb an idea was it? Stacia the naked dancer of Hawkwind would have wiped the floor their dodgy crab like dancing.
if it been me i would have at best picked real rockers to play the roles of dumb metal heads rather than those who looked ill prepared and too false for the role.
Anyway all i can say that the bright plus point in the film would have to be industrial metallers October File's performance in raising the dead who stole every move from micheal jacksons thriller book (in good taste).
whilst the soundtrack cd to the film is superior to the film.
