Very quirky little kettle,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Swan 2 cup 0.5 L Travel Jug Kettle (Kitchen & Home)
I purchased this for my mum and dad as they find it hard to lift bigger kettles. Its is a very useful little kettle, just enough for them and very easy to lift and handle.I would certainly recommend this kettle for people who have trouble in lifing things. The company despatched this item very quickly, and I would certainly use them again. Excellent service

How long is the cord on this kettle, and do you have to switch off the electicity supply to it after it has boiled? Some don't seem to think it cuts out on its own very well. Did you ever notice a bad smell or bad taste of the water after it had boiled? I also wish that sellers would put the dimensions of the things they sell. I want a really small kettle, and it's difficult to judge size from a picture.

I bought this for my mum, the kettle cord is not extremely long, but it does cut out its self once boiled. Mum never noticed a bad smell, or a bad taste, this was an ideal kettle, mum never had any problems with it, my advise is to try it, if you just want a couple of cups of tea. I have had a cup of tea from it and it was fine, no problems.
