Little let down,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Sony TDGBR250 Rechargeable 3D Glasses (Electronics)
I have the KDL32EX723BU. I found that with the 3D glasses and this TV I had a lot of cross talk, it was so bad that 3D was unwatchable. I did a bunch of googling and found that this is quite a common problem with a few 3D TVs, other brands included. I contacted Sony and eventually got through to someone who knew what I was talking about. As it turns out sony offer additional filters for these glasses which fix the problem. So if you are having cross talk problems, contact sony and get filters sent out.

Hi There, Do the filters work OK with the glasses? I purchased a KDL37EX723BU TV recently and wasn't going to bother with the 3D in it. If the glasses work OK with filters I might try it.
Thanks for your time

How much did the filters cost?

Sony send them out free of charge. When you call up they'll ask you for the model number of your Sony TV and the Sony 3D glasses.
More information is on the Sony website under 'step 4' here: http://sonycic.custhelp.com/app/answers/d

P. Sincock says:
I have tried to get these filters as i have been suffering the same issues but the response from Sony UK was "With regards to the filters, we have practically put them under experiment and the 3D quality level has not changed. Therefore the filters will not be sent out as they will not resolve the issue. The present 3D quality is actually within the specifications of your model."
