Their New York LP,
This review is from: H2O (Audio CD)
This vies for the title of best Hall and Oates LP. It's very 80s New York with lots of hard-edged manipulators (mostly women). The most famous example is Maneater which, though overplayed, is a fantastic song. But Art of Heartbreak, Go Solo, Delayed Reaction and others are also terrific. The low point is the mawkish US football-inspired single One on One. At the moment, Private Eyes just shades it for me.
