That's more like it.,
This review is from: iTré! (Audio CD)I've been a fan of Green Day since I was 13 years old. Considering I'm 30 next year, that's quite a long time.
I owe a lot to Green Day. They took my casual interest in music and transformed it into a mild obsession, taking me down a long road of learning to play the guitar, the piano, the drums and production. So, it almost pains me to say that I thought Green Day had 'lost it' after the release of Uno, and even more disappointing to me personally, Dos.
How wrong was I?
Along came Tre. This is a great album from start to finish, and I can safely say that I haven't enjoyed a Green Day album this much since Warning was released back when I was in the Sixth Form. That may be due to the fact that it is Green Day back to what I believe was its best; the late nineties/millennium sound that they did oh-so well.
In summary, this is well worth your time and money. I'm loving it.
