If you want a closely argued treatise that engages in serious debate with opposing points of view then you will be disappointed in this book.
I can come up with lots of reasons why I don't like this and single out some of his arguments but in the spirit of the author I won't bother. He hasn't written a serious book so why should I write a serious review? I agree with a lot of his argument but this book is just sloppy. He seems to make up terms and positions for anyone who marginally disagrees with him.
It is very short. Don't be fooled by the page length given by Amazon. The large fonts and blank spaces render this as little more than an extended newspaper article.
