I think this is a fine toner, it works, and at just under three pounds, very good price. The first toner I ever had, and I'm still using it! I have slightly sensitive skin, but it works absolutely fine, no rashes or reactions.

It has a screw on lid, and a small hole in the top (Not on the lid, the bottle itself), one that you would sort of sqeeze, instead of just taking off the top then being able to pour it all out... How can I say it? If you dropped this bottle on the floor without a lid on, there would be minimal spillage.

For those of you that don't want to spend hours in the shop looking for 'a perfect toner that will minimise the signs of aging' nonesense, this is a good product. My make up and beauty knowledge is limited, but I know it works, that's the best factor a product can have! :-)
