Casastrophic Hard Disk Failure on Samsung Series 5,

After just over six weeks EVERYTHING on hard disk was lost. Told to take the laptop in for repair but then told it needed special "software". After two weeks got back computer but software needed a complete clean reload. Latest problem is wireless not working. . . No confidence left in this product and Samsung's customer service is appaling. If this had been sorted out expediently I would be forgiving but this treatement by Samsung has caused huge disruption and taken huge amount of our time to accommodate their failure. Really disappointing service so avoid.
