This works very well, with the proviso that you need (just as with all pizza stones) to leave the stone to warm up in the hot oven for about 30 minutes before use. This works with pizzas, and with flat breads such as naan and chapati. Remember not to use oil, and not to wash the stone after use, just dust it off. Oh, and do not drop.
