This review is from: Legally Avoid Property Taxes: 51 Top Tips to Save Property Taxes and Increase Your Wealth (Paperback)
As an active property investor, and having just published my own book Your Pension Shortfall Your Retirement Rescue Plan where I Guide those looking to invest in property for their retirement, I was particularly keen to read the two sections on Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax. I believe all too often those who enter the world of property investment don't think long-term or strategically enough. Both essential elements if you are investing for your pension.
Having dipped into the book in these chapters, I can see the book provides a great blue print to make you stop, think and assess what you really want to achieve, and the various legal options which are available to you.
I particularly like the fact that Iain highlights the advantages as well as the disadvantages of each option (for example P158), so the reader can make informed decisions, before seeking professional advice.
A well written book, which should form a staple diet for anyone thinking of/or already investing in property.

Gill, many thanks for buying the book and then finding time to help others with your considered review. As a busy property investor yourself it's greatly appreciated and if I've managed to make someone enjoy reading about tax then it's been worthwhile writing the book.
