I've read many a book regarding food and dieting and this one really struck a chord. I found it surprisingly refreshing to read, having actual case studies there meant I could relate to the problem and advice. It is particularly helpful having the recipes at the back, it spurred me on to put the advice into practice. Definitely recommending this book to friends and family.
