This review is from: HELIOS (Kindle Edition)
I do sometimes wonder if authors ever look at their finished work on the medium for which it is intended. Viewing this on a Kindle there is a one inch margin on the left hand side of the page and all lines are double spaced which does not make reading it easy. Fortunately it is a short book or I would have given up on it. The writing style does not help the reading flow having as it does very long sentences. There are a number of errors, some amusing, which leap from the page such as using the word "brazier" instead of "brassiere".
The actual story has potential but it reads initially as though it is going to be part of a series with quite a lot of background given about the "Helios project" and the characters. However as the story progresses it almost seems as though the author just wants to be finished and the rest is very rushed.
A book with potential that is not fulfilled.
