This review is from: Dressage with Mind, Body, and Soul: A 21st-Century Approach to the Science and Spirituality of Riding, Training, and Competing (Paperback)
This book was a present. It immediately rubbed me up the wrong way with its 'lets make simple things complicated' approach.
However, on second inspection it had a glowing foreword from the Klimke's from whom I have much respect. So I read on and tried to contain my scepticism. The annoying thing is that once you've been convinced that there is some wisdom in all this, that the actual massages (or ttouches or whatever) aren't actually explained so you need to buy another book or her phone app or whatever.
In Horses We Trust Inc.
And lots of name dropping and so-called case studies. Well each to their own.
I don't sleep well, but take this to bed and I'm off like a light (hence the two stars). Bu maybe just reading about clouded leopards, Albalones, and cow Licks has this effect. Maybe one day I'll find out what they are, if I buy another product.
