Practical, thought provoking help for the serial worrier.,
This review is from: How Not To Worry: The Remarkable Truth of How a Small Change Can Help You Stress Less and Enjoy Life More (Paperback)
Yet again Paul McGee has written a book which not only makes you smile but also encourages you to think and reflect on what you can do to help yourself. It provided me with practical help on how to deal with the worthless worries I have and to understand some of the psychology and physiology behind how my brain is working.
Paul's conversational style makes "How Not to Worry' an easy read and he puts some very difficult concepts into an easy to understand language for the layman. The 'Hammock Time' sections encourage the reader to reflect on the sections that have been read and apply them to your own life.
If you are looking for some 'quick wins' to lighten your load then look no further than this book.
