3.0 out of 5 stars As is says on the cover, 26 May 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: "Shut UP!" He Explained: A Writer's Guide to the Uses and Misuses of Dialogue (Classic Wisdom on Writing) (Kindle Edition)
I have not rated this ebook more than three star not because it is not good but more for the fact it remind me of occasions when I perhaps have used the wrong word etc.

There is something here for everybody wishing to improve their use of language and for that reason I would still recommend it in spite of three stars.

Isn't that rather like reviewing a fitness book and saying "this is an excellent book, but I've halved its score because it reminded me of when I was fat"?

This review makes no sense.

Thank you for your comment. Obviously I shall have to read further into the book(s) before being judgemental. I purchase too many and keep getting requested to review before I have fully, at times, have a handle on the spirit of the books. I would still recommend this particular book if you have any remote need for such book.

It's also quite amusing for those of us who have a background in proofing and find it nostalgically entertaining. ;-)
