This is a good read and easy to understand on how to look after your knees whilst practising Yoga. Whether you are a student or teacher of yoga, this is easy to understand and clearly written not from necessarily a medical point of view although the author provides eminently sound explanations but also from a practitioner's point of view.
The author provides good advice for a beginner starting out with Yoga as well as a complement to regular yoga classes for when you have those aches and pains that just creep up on you! For Yoga teachers or physiotherapists, this is a good reminder on how to use props and alternative positions for classical Yoga positions. Well illustrated and medical benefits included with every position.
