I cannot recommend this book enough, everything I've cooked in it since purchasing about a month ago has turned out wonderfully. As a result I've decided to go gluten free completely with my baking (I have a sensitivity rather than a full blown intolerance). For anyone who loves to bake and whom experiences gluten related issues do get this book as it'll revolutionize your baking and, if you're a sweet tooth, will change your meal times for the better.
