This review is from: The Art of Happiness: A Handbook for Living (Paperback)
On the surface, a lot of what is contained in this book may strike the reader as nothing more than common sense. However, understanding the concepts is one thing, and really putting them into practice in one's life is quite another. I keep re-reading various sections of the book and reflecting on the true sense of compassion. A very good book to help one learn to accept suffering, and develop the mental and emotional skills to bring more happiness into our lives.
