Sturdy but annoying,
This review is from: York 13 in 1 DB/Hyper Bench (Sports)
I bought this for it's sturdiness. As you can tell by the picture it's a lot stronger than your average crappy one from Argos. So in that respect, it's a quality product.
However, the major problem i find with it though is that it can take a long time just to change the positions. The holes are way too tight & most of the time i'm forced to use a hammer to punch the metal bits in. There is no way you can change positions without it being put on its side, which can be very awkward, so you'll need more space than you think. Also, for the first 10-15 times atleast, you'll need the manual by your side as the combinations are easily forgettable. There are only 5 or 6 worthwhile positions.

Mr. R. J. Wallace says:
If you find it hard to get any of the metal pegs in then turn it 90 degrees or align the black plastic part in the centre and it is easy.. (look at it and think why it is not going in easily..)It takes secs to change posititons after you have been using it a while! Never had to force it personally apart from the first time and after that I used initiative.
