Not too bad, but not one of the best.,
This review is from: Doctor Who: Nightmare Of Eden [VHS] (VHS Tape)This is a fairly mediocre story from 1979, nearing the end of the Tom Baker era.
Initially the plot seems quite good, but it does waiver after a while. Unfortunatly K9's voice is different as well, which doesn't help either but there is a strong performance from David Daker who previously appeared as Irongron in "The Time Warrior" (1974).
The Mandrils are an unusual monster for Doctor Who, as they look a bit cuddly and cute and they have a funny trill sound when they are around.
Overall not one of the best, but it is not totally ridiculous unlike some stories.
