Interesting but not practical for most dieters,

This review is from: The Skinny Carbs Diet (Hardcover)This book is good from the scientific point of view and it contains a lot of varied and tasty recipes. However, the recipes are almost all for 4 or 6 servings so unless you happen to eat with your family at every meal and want them to share the diet with you you'll have an awful lot of wasted food.
Also you should know that this is not a UK edition so it's cups, ounces and US ingredients all the way although to be fair it's not a book which relies on lots of highly processed branded ingredients so it's not as bad as some.
