I bought this book to make it easier to improve my intake of the '5-a-day'. I was pleasantly surprised as to just how informative it is with specific smoothie recipies for specific nutritional needs for certain bodily functions, i.e., improving brain function, immunity, losing weight etc.
Generally the recipies are very tasty and tempting even without the specific target conditions and filling enough to stop me 'snacking' in between meals - a huge plus...
