hard work but worth it !,

really hard workout , you sweat buckets doing it but even after a few times I could feel and notice the difference in my legs and tummy. most dvds are a bit short but this is a good length at approx 7 mins warm up, 45 mins main work out and then 5 mins cooldown. you really feel like your working out. probably not suitable if your new to exercise or really unfit as it is really challenging. only negative is that the presenters are really bulky and this could be a bit offputting but they must do heavy weights to get like that as I imagine the DVD burns fat more than bulks you up.

Its a myth that you get bulky doing heavy weights .. you get bulky like that after taking steroids or eating/drinking v high protein diet that body builders do.. check out Nerd Fitness and see these skinny little things lifting enormous weights, they are solid muscle and not bulky at all - explains it all there! Once you build your muscle that's what burns the fat off xxx Jillian is ace for that!
