Awful taste to boiled water!!,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Russell Hobbs 20090 Oxford Brushed Kettle - 1.7 L (Kitchen & Home)
Boiled water is "tainted" with a metallic taste. Hoped it would boil out, but after 2 weeks use it remains. Tried side by side with an old Russell Hobbs Montana kettle which did not have the metallic taste.

Mr. A. G. Bejan says:
I might have a solution. Try boiling a cup of vinegar two or three times. You can use the same vinegar. After you done this, boil some regular water at least two times before you use it, and give it a good rinse.
