This is the book I have been searching for ! Dr Liz Miller uses plain english and real life examples to illustrate how Mood Mapping can be used a method to change your life. I have BiPolar Disorder and for the first time in 13 years I feel optimistic about the future and less burdened by my illness. I have only been using the Mood Mapping method for about 14 days, but the improvement in mood and confidence has been dramatic! Unlike Psychiatrists and medication, this book has no negative side effects!
I was so pleased with the book, I emailed Dr. Miller to say thanks and she replied within 24 Hours.
Do yourself a favour - buy this book! Dr Miller delivers some great advice, partly based on her own experiences in life.
