1.0 out of 5 stars Great value but has a fatal flaw, 6 July 2010

This review is from: NEW TRUESHOPPING® GARDEN BATTERY POWERED ELECTRIC CORDLESS 4 WHEEL ROTARY LAWNMOWER 24V (Misc.)
It didn't last (added later) The batteries kept blowing and there is nowhere you can replace them, really. So now it's just a dud in the shed. I even contacted the MD of the importer on LinkedIn and he sent me two fuses which promptly blew.

Amazingly light, simple and effect mower that even a total novice with no aptitude has been easily able to use on an overgrown lawn. For large lawns you'll need two charges but who wants to do that much work in one go in the first place? Nice piece of kit that doesn't feel cheap and compromised despite the amazingly low price for a cordless.

You need to track down the fault that is causing the fuses to blow. No point just keep replacing them.

I tried, believe me. I even contacted their MD on Linkedin. They didn't have a clue. Just advised me to change the fuse (though these fuses are not available in the normal UK distribution chains).

I have chucked the mower away in disgust.
