I bought this book after my wife read about zoe harcombe on a forum and its reference to food intolerances.i have a food intolerance and had a long standing weight problem of many years. after reading the book i started to implement the principles and have lost nearly three stone in weight in only three months. The biggest help was the explanation of the symptoms i could experience due to the toxins released during the process of weight loss. without this i would have given up. i feel better now than i have in twenty years. the format is clear and explains how the body uses foods. its not how much you eat but what you eat. i haven't felt hungry since changing my lifestyle.
