This is a well laid out, easy to understand and use, cookery book for people with allergies and people who cook for people with allergies. Now that is just about everyone you know since everyone knows people with food allergies and we all have to cook for them on occasion when they come round to dinner.
Since purchasing this book I have tried out a number of the recipes myself and found them to be straightforward and more importantly, delicious(I am not a great cook, just an occasionally enthusiastic amateur). Food allergies is very much a 21st century problem and this book will doubtless be a real blessing to many, particularly those with children who have food allergies who struggle to find things that they can eat and actually enjoy eating!
