Your statement "product not as advertised" is completely false as you say the product is advertised exactly as you state, up to 60" screens so I dont understand how you can make such a statement?
This product is suitable for the customers screen but they have not read the product description fully and we explain all within the product listing, we just require the customer to read what they are buying, we even specify the product dimensions in image form to make its as easy as possible to understand what is being purchased.
The instructions for the assembly are to used as a guide and the description online is more up to date and should be accepted as an update to anything written on package or notes with product.
This product is manufactured for our company only and we control what is written on the manuals and boxes but there does seem to be a mistake with product leaflet at this time.
We have never had any reveiw with less than 3 stars and with over 4000 units sold on Amazon alone we feel that we are advertising
this product correctly.
Thanks, Mountright Customer Service

Mrs. S. A. Clarke says:
I believe that if the Manufacturers leaflet states it is suitable for TV's up to 47" that is what it means and I do not accept that it is suitable for TV'S up to 60" which is what you are advertising as.

This product is manufactured for our company exclusively and we have the information printed to our specifiaction, although incorrect at this time future products will have printed in manual "up to 60 inch screens" as per our correctly specified product listing.
The product does hold any screen size up to 60 inch but may have overhang on larger screens, there is no reason why this would not hold any screen safely and securely as specified in the advert.
I suspect this product is being used by this customer as they have not returned the product.

SUSAN CLARKE says:
Mountright continue to repeat the same things. The simple fact is that the leaflet in the box says that the stand is suitable for TV's up to 47" not 60" as advertised. If it is printed to their specification why does it say up to 47". No the customer is not using the stand it is still in the box and I have no intention of returning it at my expense and wasting even more money. If Mountright agree to pay the cost of returning the goods and refund my money I will return it

DM Bunny says:
And you Mrs Susan Clarke are also repeating the same thing and ignoring the facts. They've already told you they are the people who have the product custom built for them and that there is a mistake in the size quoted in the leaflet and yet you continue to drone on about " simple fact is leaflet says 47 inches blah blah blah "
If you are so stupid that you cannot measure your own TV or stands or read quite clearly that there will be overhang for larger TVs then you need to go back to school - or are you just trolling ?

Prints of Whales says:
A stand suitable for TVs up to 60 inch is, by definition, ALSO suitable for TVs up to 47 inch. IF the leaflet had said "Not suitable for TVs over 47 inch" you MAY have had a slightly valid argument, but you don't.

Amazon Customer says:
My daughter bought this stand for her new 50" plasma.
I was asked to build it and setup the TV. The stand itself accomodated the 50" television with ease, which kind of bears out the 47" leaflet mis-print to me.
