Just the Monster please!,
This review is from: Alice Cooper: Golf Monster - How a Wild Rock'n'roll Life Led to a Serious Golf Addiction (Paperback)
I am a huge fan of Alice Cooper as a musician/songwriter/showman,etc.& have been since before my teens.I was very keen to buy this book when it came out to perhaps get an insight to this man.
I found this a very easy read (finishing it within a day),with the many stories dating back to his early life, the progression of The Alice Cooper Band & his career as a solo artist-with both the ups & downs that came with them. His friendships (& photos) with some perhaps unlikely celebrities were a highlight for me personally & I enjoyed the houmour in this book.
But if you've been a fan a while,it probably won't tell you much that's new,& as someone who doesn't care for Golf,I found it to be "too much Golf-too little Alice".
All-in-all,it is an interesting read.
