Popular book in all of my Essays,
This review is from: The Television History Book (Television, Media & Cultural Studies) (Paperback)
This book was part of one of my reading lists for first year TV Production at Uni. I kicked myself a few days after spending far too much money on books but this one was definitely worth getting. Now in the second year, I still get this book out as a starting point for all my essays. Even if it's just once I think I have referenced it in every one of them too, even the ones about contemporary or future British TV.
Really simple to find what you need, these books cover near enough every topic you will look at in 1st year, and mostly 2nd year. If you can't decide what books to get off the reading list, I'd suggest to get this and the Television Handbook by Jonathan Bignell, Jeremy Orlebar, and the 1st edition by Patricia Holland.
