This review is from: Jillian Michaels - Killer Buns and Thighs [DVD] (DVD)The level 1 workout of this DVD seemed easier and I managed to keep up with almost of the moves (unlike 6 week 6 pack which I struggled with). However, I really was sweating by the end which I was really surprised about!
If you don't like your bum or thighs, like me, you should give this a try!
Have only done this twice, so far but if it works like 6 week 6 pack I know I will see some results soon.......will update when I have completed more.
