utter drivel .,
This review is from: PS, I Love You (Paperback)
My god this book is just gruesome and a total waste of paper .
Each and every one of the characters in the book is as vacuous as the day is long . Lots boring snoring detail about the wonderful shopping trips the main character Holly takes to Brown Thomas buying wonderful clothes ( on a widows allowance ? come on ! ).
The writer clearly has no idea of the real world - for example , the main character in it goes to the library to use the internet and is charged five euro for every twenty minutes - which proves the writer has never been to a library in her life ( a bad sign for an author )as it is free to use the net in any library in Dublin . The most I have been charged for using the internet in Dublin is three euros an hour so she obviously doesn't have a clue about money at all .
the language in it is just cringeworthy , the writer drops in phrases such as "as dry as ghandis sandals" .
The only tears that came to my eyes were tears of utter joy at finishing the offending "novel" .
