great little book,

Nice little book.
It basically explains alot of facts you probably know but not known why you obey these facts.
simple things like eating fat is not bad is soo true but so many people do not beleive.
personally I would but this book for chapters 1,2,3,5 & 8.
they for me are what made this book and those 70 pages for someone that has a good idea about nutrision get a lot of info that they never knew or knew of but didnt know the why which make you feel good about putting down certain foods and keeping with what you eat.
recipes look lush as well. if you were trying to eat a good balanced meals its all there for you. I could probably easily make 3 months worth of week meal plans with each meal being different.
