I've been very keen to stay active during my second pregnancy and this DVD is perfect. With working fulltime and having a toddler to look after, I don't have time to go to exercise classes so a few minutes of exercise every other night in my own livingroom is perfect.
I find the Standing, Total Body and Flexibility segments the best for my pregnancy. With some mild pelvic girdle pain, I find the Core and Bun & Thighs segments hurt too much so I'm staying away from those now that my bump is bigger.
Also - get a set of proper 1-3lb dumbells - I have definitely felt the difference when I've used these as instructed - actuallly broke into a sweat!
She does go quite fast but once you've done it a couple of times you can keep up with her because you know what's coming.
