What I like about this book is that it has a section about health problems and recipes for juices to help. It's a nice easy book to read, very clear and easy to understand. Juicing is such a faff though! Especially if you don't have a dishwasher and have to wash all the bits by hand. The juices I've tried from the book so far have been nice. I tried to do the 3 day regime but only got to the evening of day one before I gave it up. I'd rather eat food than drink juice! If you can stick to it I'm sure you'd lose weight.
