The best priced 13mm curling tongs available. My wife always uses 13mm tongs as her hair is quite short, she usually buys Nickey Clarke, these work well but are a lot more expensive, and the spring always breaks just out of guarantee. 13mm tongs seem very hard to get hold of, so the Wahl ones are a good replacement.
