3.0 out of 5 stars Great, but unreliable, 24 Jan. 2014
This review is from: ADMI Gaming PC, Home PC, Desktop PC (AMD FX-6300 OVERCLOCKED to 3.7GHz Six Core Bulldozer CPU, AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB Graphics Card, HDMI 1080p, USB 3.0, 1TB Hard Drive, 8GB DDR3 Memory) LED Gaming Case (No Operating System) (Personal Computers)
I bought this item last year and had problems at the start. The hard-drive wasn't formatted correctly and I had to get a technician to fix the problem. Once that was fixed, I didn't really have any other problems for a while other than the fact it was kind of loud.

However, I soon realized that the wireless card slot on the motherboard was not working correctly, and neither were the USB 3.0 slots at the back of the machine. Once again, I had to get them fixed.

After about 10 months, the CD Drive no longer worked, and a month after that, the hard-drive completely failed and had to be replaced. As of recently, there was a loud noise when the PC was turned on that seemed serious. After - once again - visiting the repair shop, it was found that the graphics card had been completely worn down. I had only had this computer for 11 months, but the graphics card fan was in a state that should have taken a few years to get to. It had to be replaced.

Overall, it's a good PC. I would recommend it, but only if you know what you're doing with computers and can spare a little time and extra cash to fix the problems that can go wrong with it. After replacing the graphics card, it runs a lot quieter and cooler than before.

The system comes without windows and so the drive will get formatted during the installation process (to be done by yourself). The system came supplied with a driver cd, which you need to install to get the USB3 ports active.
The noise / fan damaged sounds like damage due to clogging from dust. Its important to hoover any dust from inside a pc on a monthly basis or fans can become completely clogged and cause the system to fail from heat.
