After trying out kettlercise and seeing excellent weight loss results(i lost 12kg)i thought i better build some muscle.
So i bought this dvd along with a 12kg kettlebell and can safely say that you will get results,although i wish i'd got a 16kg kettlebell at times.
The dvd is presented very well and the instructions on how to do each excercise are very good.Theres nothing too complex with the excercises,this is of course named kettlebell basics.
As a plus there is a 12wk program which has 3 workouts per wk.
Onto kettlebell intermediate next.

What are the running times of the workouts please?
