Took a bit of getting used to,
Took me a while to get used to this mouse. Not bad although I don't think it is that much better than a regular mouse. If you are having issues with your wrist try the mouse that looks like a joystick. That thing is great.
The chrome on the thumb rest has started peeling off not that long after purchase (3 months) but this isn't a major issue.
Not sure this is worth the price tag.

B14 ROM says:
Tried a Penguin joystick mouse and nowhere near as good. I have had my wrist operrated on for Carpel Tunnel and this is the safer bet. The none handed Penguin does not put your hand and wrist in a negative stress position when using the mouse and the buttons. The traverse required to move the mouse up and down the screen requires more arm movement than the Evoluent 4.

Meh, sounds like Evoluent just can't do coating. I had the Evoluent 2, and the dark rubberized paint started flaking after a while. In the end, I had a semi-transparent mouse that glowed red, if memory serves. :)
It didn't particularly bother me, but given the purchase price, that sort of thing still shouldn't happen (or at least, it should happen way later in the item's operational life-span).
