After reading `5:2 Fast Diet Recipe Book: Meals for One' by Diana Clayton I thought I would download this one as well. It's another handy cookbook based on the 5:2 diet with more tasty dishes to help you with your diet.
It's been a hot day today so I thought I would have a go at making the Tamarind Chicken with Cucumber Salad for lunch, and I have to say the wife was well-impressed with my creation... very DELICIOUS!!
Like her other cookbook,'5:2 Fast Diet Recipe Book: Meals for One', this book is easy to follow with beautiful pictures.
There doesn't seem to be as much variety and recipes as the other book, plus it doesn't seem to list the amount of calories for the individual ingredients in this one, so I reccomend her newest book over this one. BUT overall, I have to say it's another great book from Diana Clayton, as I enjoy the recipes.
Tomorrow I'm going to treat myself and the wife to the 'Breakfast in a cup'!!
