Bland, repetitive, monotonous. Records the time killing thoughts, words and deeds of working class football fans. But mostly thoughts: tedious, drivelly, self-justifying internal monologues.
London is one of the centers of Anglophone culture, but that's no excuse for transcribing and promulgating the bottom feeding drek in this book, and the other books in this trilogy...
