Liddle, you're spot on.,

This review is from: Selfish Whining Monkeys: How we Ended Up Greedy, Narcissistic and Unhappy (Paperback)
Only heard about the book because of the reported arguement between Liddle and Albhai-Brown, and anything which gets up Brown's nose needs a look at. I can see immediately why Brown would hate it, being in my opinion right smack in the middle of what Liddle refers to as the faux-left, but it's attacks ARE NOT confined just to left but also the right.
To start with parental guidance is required as some of the words are very coarse but they make the point, and also get a dictionary, a big one at that, or you'll be struggling if you don't hold an A Level in English.
The book itself, though mostly anecdotal or personal experience is a fair reflection on society. The part about the new school had me in stitches and I am itching to get time to play `6 degrees`. Think most people will find themselves noddy in agreement. Leaves the reader to find their own solutions.
A must read.
