Excellent Work Out,

Great work out DVD. I excercise very regularly and class myself as pretty fit but found this one challenging. It is great to work out the whole body, and it makes you work on those areas you may not always concentrate on in the gym.
Equipment needed: light dumbells, medicine ball, stability (swiss) ball
Likes: motivating, challenging, not much space required, combination moves mean great work out effectiveness
Not so great: not for beginners, need to have some knowledge about how to excercise safely (i.e. safe positions for knees, back etc)
Would I recommend? Definitely, and have done so already!
