love this book,

This is my favourite cookbook and i am slowly working my way through it. I have made around 10 recipes so far, The caraway and fennel pork with mustard onion mash is just divine, as are the black forest molten puddings. In fact everything has been delicious. I do miss the little descriptions you can get at the beginning of the recipe but other than that it does not let you down. This is the book that i turn to when entertaining or feel in a mood to try something new.
I have a diary allergy and i have been able to, and will be able to substitute the dairy in most recipes in the book. I reckon 100 of the 110 recipes available, Ofcourse i will never be able to have the cheese fondue :((.
